This music has been selected from musical 'canvases' and 'stories' I've had over the past few years. When my artists' group asked what my greatest dream was, I said, "to finish the new album and stay healthy in the process." It happened and I am grateful to my friends who have been such a source of challenge, support, and encouragement over the years. I am thrilled to be able to do this work and to share it with you. My hope is that you will feel some of the joy and healing I have felt in putting it together.

Ingredients: A wide and wild collection of hand drums, logdrums, drum set, Lakota flutes, Brazilian percussion flutes, Bamboo flutes from Central and South America, carved wooden whistles, Kalimbas from South Africa, Mbiras and ritual rattles from Tanzenia, seed pods from New Melleray abbey in Dubuque, Iowa, hand-made bronze bells, synthesized sounds, dulcimer, and voice.
